The 15th of the 27 evidenced based healthy tips talks about not smoking, not using drugs, and only drinking alcohol in moderation. I hesitated on writing about it, as I hate(d) people getting on a soap box about something I already know. The thing is smoking, drugs, and alcohol, are REALLY bad for your health. Not just your physical health but your mental and spiritual health as well. They alter your level of consciousness (yes, even nicotine and caffeine), they have instant negative effects on the body, and most of the time they are being used to fill an emotional void. I’m not hear to preach, I’m simply here to educate, because I care.
